Charles was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to California with his family in 1967. He graduated from California Lutheran College, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate in law. Charles was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981.
Charles has substantial experience handling cases involving contracts, corporate law, personal injury, real estate, family law, trust and probate law. His practice has focused on estate planning and business law for more than 10 years. Charles helps clients minimize potential legal problems, disputes and expenses through proper planning and documentation.
Jack L. Collison, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Since 1980, Jack has been the principal of his legal practice in Solvang, with an emphasis in real estate, business, civil litigation and estate planning needs for clients. His expertise includes real estate development, land use and planning, water company and homeowner association formation, business entity formation, and real estate and business transactional matters.
Jack’s education includes Hastings College of Law, Juris Doctorate, 1962, San Francisco State College, Master of Science, 1959, University of Iowa, Bachelor of Science, 1958.
From 1963 to 1980, Jack was the senior partner in the Santa Barbara firm Westwick and Collison. In his professional capacity, Jack has served as legal counsel for numerous central coast boards of realtors for more than 20 years, has served since 1973 on the Legal Affairs Steering Committee for the California Association of Realtors, served as Moderator for the Continuing Education of the BAR (CEB) Programs on Real Estate Broker Practice in 1991 and 1995, and was a contributing writer to the CEB Action Guide on Handling Real Property Sales Transactions in 1993.
Michael David Daniels, JD, CPA
Since 1994, Michael’s firm, Michael David Daniels, A Law Corporation, has served clients in the areas of taxation, business management, transactional planning, business contracts, business formation, asset protection, representation in tax controversy matters before the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, EDD, State Board of Equalization, City of Los Angeles in court and during all levels of administrative appeals. Michael is authorized to practice in the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Federal District Court. He is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in taxation and business matters.
